Finally decided to start a diary about my weightloss challenge;) Couldn´t really tell why I´m doing this but I just feel that this is a place where I can write anything that´s on my mind instead of boring the people around me to death! Nobody wants to listen constantly to a person saying good bye to her backage. But this blog has no choice but to listen;);)
So far I´ve lost 55 pounds over the past 10 months or so. Things really started happening when I moved to another place 6 months ago. I guess it´s easier to break old habits when you´re in a new place. It was for me at least.
So far I haven´t been exercising at all but I plan to start although I don´t know where I´m going to find the energy as I work really long hours. Maybe I´ll just start by taking a nice walk at night after work if I´m not too exhausted.
