Many people believe that stress is just a mental issue and with time it just goes away as soon as what they are stressed about goes away or they forget about being stressed.
Stress is not that, when you are in the state of stress, you send off very unhealthy signals to your body to produce different hormones on a constant basis. These hormones have the likelihood to make you break out, have hygenic issues, back issues, breast issues, heart issues, and keep on or even gain weight. This is the body trying to cope with the mind sending off the stress signals.
It would be easy for me to tell you to just let it go but I am not that type of person. I have to be deep. I have to tell you something that is clever so here goes… In order to lose the weight for good, get rid of the stress! That was clever huh! I have my moments. Seriously, there are many ways to get rid of stress, one of which is to excersize. When I heard this, I thought, this is another way for “them” to try to get me to work out. What? Who is them? What does anyone else gain from you making yourself into a better person. How could someone be against being a better them? I realized that I sounded foolish and lazy and decided that maybe it was time to try that excersizing thing.
The results were amazing! I lowered the level of stress I was feeling, I had more energy, I was in a much better mood, and I was ready to tackle the world! The sweat was getting rid of my impurities, and I was getting rid of the stress. This is a great way not only to stop the pure rudeness of stress to your body but also to help you to become active and more alert. It can also be done for free. Another way to get rid of stress is to empty your mind and meditate. You may not have to focus on anything in particular but meditation is a great tool to help you become more at peace. This however, is not a practice of mine since my 2 and 4 year olds would not have anyone’s peace in my house. I usually try to empty my mind whenever I can. When we empty our minds, we become open to creativity to hope. We also create an open space that allows for peace to climb in; for most of the day all we think about are the same things over and over again in an endless pattern. All we do is talk ourselves to death for no reason but to stress ourselves out. That’s funny! What is more funny is that the things that I think about all day, I usually forget when the time comes to actually execute them. Hilarious.
Emptying our minds also helps us to control anger, depression, and anxiety because the mind has nothing to dwell on and the law of attraction will not send us anything if we haven’t sent anything out. This makes out for a great day.
So the next time you see yourself become a little bit stressed, remember that stress is the opposite of whatever goal you have and use the tips to rid of it immediately, no matter what it is about because you need to lose the weight not gain it, that would be stressful.
